Miami-based developer Shoma Group has launched sales for Shoma Bay, a 21-story, 327-unit condominium on the corner of the 79th Street Causeway and East Treasure Drive in the waterfront community of North Bay Village. It will rise on the site of what once was Rat Pack crooner Dean Martin's nightclub in the 1960s and 70s.
