March 2025 sales are down for CONDOS ... 5.4% compared to March 2024.
There is 13.2 month supply of condo inventory. This means that if no new listings came on the market then it would take that many months to completely sell out the current inventory. A balanced real estate market is considered to be six to nine (6-9) months of inventory. We are now in a Buyers' market.

The median sale price of condominiums prices shrank 1.7 percent to $437,500.
Condos closed $876.9 million in sales, rising 1.7 percent, year-over-year.
