Muse, the ultra-sleek forty-seven (47) story, sixty-eight (68) residence building will be designed into a less than one-acre site with just one hundred (100) feet of oceanfront at 17141 Collins Ave. With setbacks, the building will be just sixty (60) feet wide facing the ocean. quite a tall, narrow condominium. Despite it's high-rise 49-story height, the Muse condominium could be described as a "boutique" building, as it will offer just sixty-eight (68) luxury residences with the highest levels of amenities and services provided to it's residents. The spacious floor plans offered will begin with 2,360 square feet with two (2) bedroom up to five (5) bedroom floor plans of 5,800 square feet. each floor will have but two residences, most of the Muse condominium residences will be offered as either eastern side oceanfront or western side residences. The 649-foot-high building, which will match the height of the Porsche Design Tower and Mansions at Acqualina, two other luxury projects in Sunny Isles Beach and will stretch to the maximum permitted in the area by the Federal Aviation Administration.

MUSE is just north of JADE Ocean (also designed by Carlos Ott) and just south of Ocean 4.

Views from each floor will be slightly different than any other floor due to their unique position in the sculpted exterior angle of the building for each floors residence. Views of the ocean and bay from any floor will of course be beautiful, with higher floor residences offering the finest views available in this area of greater Miami Beach.

Muse is expected to begin taking reservations soon and will break ground in June 2014. The blended price for the apartmentss will be $1,300 a square foot, with lower floors averaging less than $1,000 a square foot and upper floors reaching $2,000 a square foot. The developer will require fifty (50%) percent deposits from buyers, with twenty (20%) percent due at contract signing, ten (10%) percent at groundbreaking, and twenty (20%) percent when the building is topped off.

Xhixha, an Albanian-born artist whose light-reflecting steel sculpture have been offered at Art Miami and Art Basel's Swiss fair, will consult with unit buyers and design a piece for each, the developer said.

"He is going to do art in every apartment and around the grounds and lobby, ' said Kevin Maloney, founder and CEO of New York-based Property Markets Group, which is launching the project with co-developer S2 Development of Aventura. The Muse condominium will also offer each purchaser a truly unique opportunity - a one-of-a-kind sculpture by artist Helidon Xhixha for each unit. Xhixha, an Albanian-born artist whose light-reflecting steel sculptures have been placed in courtyards of major cities all around the world, including a piece called"Renaissance of the Twin Towers" to be permanently displayed near the new One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. A number of his pieces have been offered at art fairs around the world, including Art Miami and Art Basel's Swiss fair. The artist will consult with each Muse buyer and design a unique piece for their residence.
