One level above, the lobby for office tenants features a majestic four-story, glass-sheathed water court complete with a translucent glass-bottomed reflecting pool above the main vehicular access. The covered pedestrian bridge to the adjacent parking garage is also located on this second level.
A 25th floor 11-story atrium separates the hotel suites from the condominium residences and contains the Hotel AKA Brickell's lobby, restaurant and lounge.
