Bay House condos is the most recent project from the MELO Group. This thirty-eight story condominium will offer just one hundred and sixty-eight apartments. There will be five (5) floorplans ranging in size from 1,677 to 1,724 square feet. These will be in two bedroom and three bedroom configurations. Unlike other recent condo offerings these floor plans are much larger than normal and should attract a more upscale buyer.

Bay House condos are expected to be completed by the end of 2015. The deposit schedule is such that speculators will not be interested in this project. Buyers are expected to put up a ten (10%) percent deposit at the time of reservation, add an additional ten (10%) percent when contracts are signed, add twenty (20%) percent at ground-breaking plus ten (10%) percent at building top off. The remaining fifty (50%) percent will be paid at closing in late 2015.
