Reaching 18 stories above the Atlantic Ocean, Kuma worked directly with neighbors requests to ensure a preserved view of the coast. Taking inspiration from its panoramic views of the ocean a parametric "wave" made from custom wood lattice work is how guests and resident owners will be greeted when entering what will now be one of the most exclusive, sophisticated and detail oriented buildings Miami has ever seen.
