Details for this newest Sunny Isles, Miami Beach luxury oceanfront condominium project are yet to be officially anounced, however early "leaked" information of the new collaboration between Gil Dezer of Dezer Development and Jorge Perez of the Related Group has already created an excitement for this newest of concepts for a new and unique oceanfront Miami Beach luxury condominium development. The 2 developers had previously collaborated to develop the oceanfront Trump Towers located just south of this location, in Sunny Isles Beach.

The newest Sunny Isles Beach condominium project - Armani Residences, will be designed by the world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, known locally as the architect that designed the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami. Cesar Pelli and his Connecticut firm, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects notable designs include the Petronas Towers in Kuala, Lumpur, Malaysia, which were the tallest buildings in the world when they were built, the World Financial Center, which is across from the World Trade Center in Manhattan, along with the currently under construction Bill and Melinda Gates Computer Science Complex at the University of Texas at Austin among dozens of other notable properties.

César Pelli, An Argentine American architect, known for designing some of the world's tallest buildings and other major urban landmarks. In 1991, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) listed Pelli among the ten most influential living American architects. His many awards include the 1995 AIA Gold Medal which recognizes a body of work of lasting influence on the theory and practice of architecture. Perhaps his most famous work are the Petronas Twin Towers, which were for a time the world's tallest buildings. He also designed the World Financial Center complex in downtown Manhattan, next to the since-fallen World Trade Center.

Early details recently leaked on the Armani Residences condominium project include:

The Armani designed residences have been a great success in one of the worlds most well-known ultra-luxe towers - Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE. Armani House is the latest Armani Residences Project, developed by Gil Dezer and the Related Group and this time the project involves Cesar Pelli, one of the most world famous architects of the 21st Century.
