The day after Christmas, 2005.

The weather in Miami has cooled… there’s a lovely breeze and the traffic was minimal as I cruised around putting up a sign on a new single-family home listing, visiting our new Keller Williams office and basically taking in the amazing sights of the ever-changing Miami skyline.

Our email requests for information about new construction condominiums in Miami have started picking up during the Holidays… I think folks up North are getting tired of the Winter weather already.

I posted the webpage for the new St.Regis Residences & Hotel in Bal Harbour a couple of days ago, complete with floorplans and images. What a great part of Miami Bal Harbour is! The Bal Harbour shops are really fun to visit, especially if you’ve got some extra cash to burn.

I came home and am listening to my special Christmas gift from my daughter, Lysa, on DVD… CREAM-Live at the Royal Albert Hall May, 2005!! These guys really qualify to be “geezers” but man can they play!!!!! I never realized that Cream had never performed “Badge” live because it was released on their “Good-bye” album… Well, you ought to hear it!! The interviews with Ginger Baker, Jack Bruce and Eric Clapton really tell the tale. If you love music, I highly recommend this collection… “Toad”, Sitting on Top of the World”, “Sleepytime”, “Crossroads”, “Rollin’ and Tumblin” and “Sunshine of Your Love” WOW!!!

I love helping people find just the right apartment, condo or home and I also love playing music with my band C.O.Jones every weekend. Come visit us in Miami and check us out playing all the great classic rock tunes from the 60’s and 70’s. A great time will be had by all!!

For now, I remain…
