The Miami Condo Lifestyle team recently took a tour of the newly opened EPIC Residences and Hotel project at the mouth of the Miami River in Downtown Miami. We shot several dozen images and here are the best ones for you.

Please note that the EPIC Hotel is open for business along with Area 31, the excellent riverfront restaurant that has just opened. We recommend an early evening cocktail and dinner out on the deck with a cell phone to call all your friends in New York and annoy them about their ice and snow!!
