23Miami at Night
23
Miami is really an incredible place to be in March. Right now, the NASDAQ 100 tennis tournament is happening on Key Biscayne…the NASCAR races are this weekend at the speedway in Homestead and all the theater, dance, live music…Heat basketball and the multitude of great restaurants…it’s wonderful.
After work, we headed to the opening party for the sales center at the Boulevard, a new project on Biscayne Blvd in the Miami Arts District. This project was designed by Bernard Zyscovich and Alison Spear…small building with great floorplans and pricing.
We had dinner at the Capital Grill last night. It was packed, not only with the businessmen, traveling salesmen and litigation attorneys plying their trade but with tennis stars galore. (The names have been deleted to protect the innocent!!) Sitting at the jammed bar with bartender/drummer extraordinaire, Manny Diaz, is always is a pleasure. The service is wonderful and the steak sublime.
Off to Novecento for a quick drink with friends from the EPIC Residences…we are slightly (hee) above the average age demo there…but the throbbing dance sounds and packed bar added to the Miami nighttime ambience on Brickell Avenue. Riding home with the top down and the wind blowing in our hair…seeing all the lights of our city (not to mention the multitude of one-legged (construction) cranes reinforced our belief that Miami is the most vibrant and exciting city on the planet.
Come for a vist…we’ll be glad to show you around! or better yet, visit us at Miami Condo Lifestyle and have a virtual look around!
All the best,
Ned
