The developer and sales team at MEi condos in Miami Beach have released new pricing for their oceanfront project. One bedrooms apartments start at $380,000, two bedrooms at $595,000 and three bedrooms at $795,000.

Late Friday afternoon, Lynda Stone and I headed out to Key Biscayne to show
a condominium to prospective buyers. We quickly realized that we were joining
1000’s of others heading across Rickenbacker Causeway to enjoy the Sony Ericsson
Tennis Tournament at the Crandon Park Tennis Center.
