Some interesting questions were asked and ideas were persented regarding the Downtown Development Authorities commitment to making Downtown Miami and the Brickell corridor even more inviting than it already is.

The consensus was that buyers are coming from local end users who want to escape the commute, South Americans and European buyers who see the value that their Euros can buy in Miami.
